| What is it? |
The NCSE Sound Science Fellowship is a partnering fellowship between the National Center for Science Education and higher education faculty who share our mission and vision. NCSE is a leading national non-profit that focuses on monitoring anti-science legislation for K-12 education to initiate action to prevent those moves, investigating science education to understand where we are presently and what barriers still need to be overcome; and providing support for K-12 educators in the form of high-quality professional learning opportunities, misconception-resolving curriculum approaches, and pedagogy to build confidence and competence in teaching topics like climate science, evolution, and the nature of science. |
